This site claims that the Red Clawed Crab (Thai Crab) is the Dromia erythropus which I highly doubt ; http://www.aleds.se/fiskinformation/fisk.asp

I am not sure which crab you bought at ZooGiganten back then, but in the last few month I order this type of crab from Singapore, and in the ordering list it is called Pseudosesarma moeshi (aka Sesarma bidens);

Alla krabbor behöver faktiskt inte land!!! det fins en sötvattens röd kload krabba som inte har problem att leva i vatten. när mitt nya akvarium har stått klart så ska jag köpa en

I am not sure I agree with you, especially when it comes to this crab, Pseudosesarma moeshi. Actually most fresh/brackish water crabs need access to land.
